TERMS of AGREEMENT

I will not read for anyone under the age of 18.

​

I respect you as a client, and I ask that you respect me. This way we have a better energy exchange and more can be accomplished.

 

Services are paid for in advance via Paypal.

​

If for some reason I cannot pick up on your energy or receive clear information, I will tell you immediately, and money will be promptly refunded.

Do No Harm—involves my commitment to exercise care in avoiding activities that have a high risk of hurting clients, even inadvertently.

I believe we all have free will, therefore, what you choose today could influence the outcome.  Also, the Universe is constantly moving and shifting. No outcome of a reading is guaranteed 100% accurate.

No refunds are granted, unless there is a written notice 48 hours prior to the reading. Once a reading has been conducted - refunds will not be granted. If you have any questions or concerns about your reading, please kindly notify me and I will work with you to help clarify a question you have.

I will not read for anyone under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.

​

I do not predict death, or diagnose a medical or psychological condition. Please seek professional help from the appropriate medical professional.

I do not provide legal advice. Please contact an attorney.

​

I do not predict the Lottery numbers, (if only I could!), or outcomes of gambling of any sort.

​

I do not place curses or hexes on anyone nor do I remove hexes curses.

​

I do not take responsibility for any actions or decisions a client makes based on information received through my reading.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lynn Summers, all heirs, relatives, or her agents in perpetuity throughout all known and unknown universes.

You have had the opportunity to read all information, and if you have questions prior to a reading, you will be provided with a chance to ask. Therefore, you choose to enter with your own free will the Terms of Services Agreement.
